stock have pictures to help you find your favourite
brand. All products have a full description, price weight
or quantity. They have also included some handy symbols
to help you as you shop, including microwave, suitable
for vegetarians, organic, suitable for freezing &
short life items.
How do I find groceries
suitable for special diets?
The majority of their products
have "back of pack" information. This shows
information such as "suitable for special diets".
To find this information simply click on either the
product image or product name. If you do not find the
information you require simply call Ocado, and they
will be happy to assist you with your query.
How do I know I
will receive fresh, high quality groceries?
All their goods are delivered
from one dedicated distribution centre to reduce handling
and are sent directly to you. Ocado sell quality Waitrose
products and other top household names and because of
their unique delivery system their goods are as fresh
as you would find in a supermarket and guaranteed to
arrive to you in perfect condition every time. All groceries
are stored in temperature-controlled compartments in
their delivery vans, so your frozen goods will arrive
frozen and your chilled goods will arrive chilled.

get my order delivered?
Ocado deliver from 8am - 10pm
